Mr.R.Kishore Kumar Vs Durairajan @ R.D.Ragan

A perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge makes it clear that it is only an ad-interim order granted in an application and the application is posted for hearing on 23.12.2022. An appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent would lie only as against a judgment and not as against an ad-interim order.

Therefore, giving liberty to the appellant to move an application for vacating the injunction, with all such reasons as mentioned in the appeal, this appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.21681 of 2022 is closed.
