This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to take necessary action to remove the encroachments in the Government Neernilai (Sokkankuttai) Kulam Porambokku land comprised in S.No.48/2, burial Ground land comprised in S.No.95/1 Natham Porambokku land comprised in S.No.96/1, on the basis of the petitioner’s representation.

Ms.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, after seeking the photographs produced by the petitioner along with the typed set of papers, agreed that there are encroachments, and sought for time to remove the same, after giving notice to the encroachers.

Recording the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue notice to the encroachers, and thereafter,

remove the encroachment. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs.
