The petitioner/father seeks production of the person of his son, Praveenkumar, aged about 20 years.

with one Sangeetha. The detenu would now say that he is studying in a Polytechnic and he is living with his paternal uncle Mr.Ponnusamy. The said Paternal uncle Ponnusamy, has also appeared before us. Upon interaction, he would submit that he has been taking care of the detenu as well as his sister and they are staying with him at Madurai. He would further submit that he would take care of the detenu and ensure that he would not indulge in such activities in future.
