This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to grant an order of direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District to expedite the trial in O.S.No.50/2017 and complete the proceedings within a period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20/09/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.50 of 2017, with in a period of Six months, and the requisition letter dated 18/04/2023 in D.No.7231 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 20.09.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.A1/ 7231/2023, dated 18.04.2023, with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 20.09.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.1517 of 2022.
