Prayer :-
Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 16.03.2022 passed in I.A. No. 409 of 2021 in O.S. No. 1673 of 2021 on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai by allowing this Revision Petitioner and issue an appropriate order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption “Extension of time for Lower Court” and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 26.09.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, in D.No.2924/2023 dated 21.09.2023, seeking further extension of three months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.1673 of 2021, this Court made the following order:
