The Learned Family Judge, Nagapattinam addressed a letter to the Registrar General, High Court of Madras in D.No.437 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022, seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed in the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(PD).No.259 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.
- In view of the reasons stated in the letter of the Learned Family Judge, Nagapattinam dated 18.11.2022, this Court is inclined to relax the time limit granted by this Court and accordingly, the Family Court, Nagapattinam is expected to dispose of the Suit as expeditiously as possible.
