PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 r/w. 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the one of the condition, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 am until further orders, in his order granting bail to the petitioners / accused 1 and 4 dated 31.03.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni.

This petition has been filed to modify one of the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2022 on 31.03.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 am until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent,Police.
