PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry both parties appeared. There a compromise was arrived between the parties, by which, this petitioner undertook to pay the amount on or before April 2022. Based on the above said undertaking the further enquiry was dropped.
3.In view of the above said development, this criminal original petition is disposed of as unnecessary.
