The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against this petitioner.
