This petition is filed to quash the FIR alleging that there is no material to proceed with the investigation against the petitioner. However, the complaint indicates that huge sum has been cheated assuring job and therefore, the police has registered case in Crime No.7 of 2018 and proceeded with the investigation. It is also now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed before
