ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.KARTHIKEYA, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:-
The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.65 of 2020 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge (FAC), Madurai.
2.Explanation is accepted.
3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant six months further time to complete the trial and dispose of the case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
