Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Sivaganga and report before the Inspector of Police, Sivaganga Taluk Police Station, Sivaganga every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until futher orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23337 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23337 of 2021 on 08.12.2021.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
