Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders which was passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl. Op.No.22989 of 2021 in Cr.No. 440 of 2021 by an order dated 02.12.2021 and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 15.02.2022 till date and charge sheet has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22989 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
