To set aside the order dated 30.06.2022 in Na.Ka.No.53465/N4/2013 passed by the Ist Respondent/appellate authority along with the order dated 27.09.2013 passed in Mu.Sa.X 4/2470/2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and direct the 4th respondent to release the sale deed dated 25.06.2010 registered as document No. 2526/2010 at the office of the 4th respondent with in a time limit fixed by this Honourable Court.
