Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents in any way putting up any construction or altering the physical features of the property or creating any third party rights which is the subject matter of the suit in OS.No.517 of 1978, pending disposal of the above second appeal.

PRAYER IN SA.No.1901 of 2000:

To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second appeal before this Hon'ble Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 10-04-2000 and made in A.S.No.104 of 1983 on the file of Sub Court, Kuzhithurai, reversing the Judgment and decree dated 25-11-1982 and made in O.S.No.517 of 1978 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.S.NEDUNCHEZHIAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 3^rd Respondent and Mr.S.ANWAR SAMEERA, Advocate for the Respondents No.5 & 6, the court made the following order:-

By consent C.M.P.(MD).No.1642 of 2017 is closed in view of the fact that S.A.No.1901 of 2000 is taken up for final hearing.
