These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 1731 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent; to bring the petitioners / proposed respondents 2 to 8 as the legal heirs of the deceased respondent and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent in the above Second Appeal.
