This application is filed for leave to institute the suit before this Court against the proposed defendant. The suit is for alleged infringement of the applicant / plaintiff's trademark RUCHI GOLD, for passing off and other reliefs. The applicant has stated that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of the Court because the infringing mark has been used on products sold in Chennai.
