These two applications have been filed seeking to be impleaded as the 12th defendant in the suit in C.S.No.347 of 2021 and as the 11th respondent in O.A.No.218 of 2022.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of these applications, it had been stated that the deponent was a bonafide purchaser for total consideration of land measuring 2295.57 sq.ft and 2222.4 sq.ft at Kuppam Road, Kavery Nagar Main Road, Kottivakkam, Chennai – 600 041, which had been described in the affidavit at paragraph no.3 by two sale deeds dated 27.01.2022 and 16.03.2022 and registered as Document Nos.260 of 2022 and 1078 of 2022 respectively. It had been stated that the deponent came to know about the pendency of the suit only when the plaintiff issued legal notice dated 18.07.2022 informing that injunction had been granted by this
