This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to the
applicants/plaintiffs to file partition suit before this Court in respect of properties situated at State of Telengana.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs submitted that the suit schedule property mentioned in Item Nos.4 to 8 are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The properties mentioned in Item Nos.1 to 3 in schedule A are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and both the applicants/plaintiffs and the respondent/defendant are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the applicants filed the present application seeking to grant leave to sue the suit property mentioned in Item Nos.4 to 8.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant entered appearance and fairly submitted that the respondent/defendant have no objection to allow the present application.
