This application is filed for permission to file a rejoinder/replication
statement to the written statement of the first defendant.
- The applicant states that a rejoinder statement is required to be filed in view of the facts pleaded in the written statement. The first defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. The other defendants, except the second defendant, are not represented.
- Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons set out therein, A.No.1615 of 2022 is allowed.
