PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct revaluation in the subjects viz., Mathematics and Science in respect of the Petitioner's son V.Geethaikannan's 10^th Standard Answer sheets in Exam Roll No.5003607 and declare him as “ALL PASS” if otherwise he is eligible.

This Court in order to convince itself has summoned the original answer sheets of Maths and Science of the petitioner. However, this Court finds that the petitioner has secured a very low single digit mark in the examination and therefore, no purpose would be achieved, even if revaluation is ordered.
