PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey the petitioner's property in comprised in Patta No.2533 in S.F.No.597/1A2 ( old S.F.No. 597/1A) for an extend of 0.29.35 Hectare i.e.,72.51 Cents situated at Vembur Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of the representation dated 21/12/2020 within time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been answered in his favour. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration by this Court and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
