PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 pertaining to the subject properties in Resurvey No.41/7 measuring 92 cents and Resurvey No.41/5 measuring 6 cents and Resurvey No.41/6 measuring 14 cents in Pothumbu First Bit Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner alleges that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute pending between herself and the private respondents in respect of the petition mentioned property. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by Thiru.Sitharanjandass/fifth respondent was enquired into and closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and that the parties were advised to move the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief. A copy of the closure report has also been served on the counsel for the private respondents.
