Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a registered association. The petitioner represents the welfare of shopkeepers, who are carrying on business in Nilakottai bus stand premises. It appears that the shops have been demolished and a new construction is coming up. Hence, the petitioner gave representations for accommodating them after the construction is completed.

3.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the representations. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's petition mentioned representations on merits and in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
