PRAYER :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorairifed Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the third respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.91 dated 17.05.2019, based on the impugned communication of the fourth respondent dated 04.05.2019 in Na.Ka.A2/1415/2019 and quash it by declaring the same as null and void and not binding on the lands to an extent of 43.50 cents comprised in S.No.529/2B2, situated at Iluppaiyurani Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, vide Patta No.386, 387 and 388, belonged to the Principal of the petitioner and consequently to direct the third respondent to register the sale deed (Pending Document No.P.25/2020) on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kovilpatti.
