PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the tender-cum-auction sale notice, dated 04.01.2016, issued by the first respondent relating to the loan account No.1871860111831 and 1871820112482 as published in the daily News Paper “The Hindu” dated 09.01.2016 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to release the property on receiving the balance amount due towards the said loans and to have the sale deed registered between the petitioner and the second respondent.
