PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the loan account statements in Loan Account No.21240035475 by following the recovery procedures contemplated by the statutes and consequently directing their recovery agents to following dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in ICICI Bank V.Prakash Kaur reported in 2007 (2) CTC 334 and guidelines of the respondent.

ORDER
