Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to shift the Shop No.6938 and not to opening new shop and bar within 250 meters from the petitioner's Shop No.6808 situated at Door No.1/133A, Jeeva Nagar, Emaneswaram, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District and further direct the respondents not to open any other TASMAC shop nearest the petitioner's shop No.6808, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2013 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
