PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the mistake as mentioned in the name of Pandi, son of Vellanathan instead of the petitioner's husbands name Pandiyan, son of Vellanathan and patta and other revenue records in respect of the petitioner's land in S.F.Nos.205/3A, 206/3B and 206/4C with an extent of 99 cents situate in Melur, Madurai District in Doc.No.1723/1976 dated 21.06.1976 and transfer the patta in the petitioner's name by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021 in accordance with law.
