Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the entire compensation has been paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had received the entire compensation and therefore, he sought permission of this court to withdraw writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
