The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner passed away, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not interested in pursuing the case any further on his behalf and de hors the same, the place, where, the petitioner sought permission to run the fish market was also demolished. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication.
