Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, directing the respondents to call for the records, dated 20.10.2003 passed by the first respondent in R.C.No.10458/2003 G3 and to quash the same and exclude my property being 14 cents comprised in Paimash No.44, New T.S.No.88, Old S.No.77 in Ekkatuthangal village, Mambalam - Guindy Taluk, Chennai, more particularly described in the schedule hereunder from acquisition proceedings of the first and second respondents.
