This petition has been filed by the petitioners in the main writ petition, to

substitute the respondents 7 to 12 / proposed parties herein, who are the legal heirs of the fifth respondents in the place of the fifth respondent in W.P.No.29954 of 2011,

in view of the fact that the fifth respondent is no more.

- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

- In view of the aforesaid, this Court is inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Post the main writ petition on 03.06.2021.
