Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, praying to direct the First Respondent to take appropriate legal actions against the Second Respondent under the provisions of Employee's Provident Fund, so as to enable the First Respondent to make the payment of a sum of Rs. 16,000/with subsequent interest at 12% p.a. As the amount accumulated under law along with interest which the Petitioner is entitled to receive from the First Respondent.

There does not appear to be any useful purpose being served in keeping the Writ Petition pending indefinitely.
In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
