Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to take appropriate action as per G.O.(Ms). No.540 dated 04.12.2014 to remove the encroachment of the 8th respondent in the Forest poramboke land measuring 10 acres in S.No.451, present S.No.451/1 of Bikkanahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District by disconnecting the Electricity Connection in Electricity Connection No.528 TF-IV 7.5 HP which was provided to the 8th respondent herein by the 7th respondent.
