Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.153 of 2018, before the V Additional Family Court,
Chennai, for the same cause of action which arose in this petition and the said suit was also decreed in her favour and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
