PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the Tender issued through website with Ref: SRCC/PT/10/TAPSO/17-18, with Tender ID: 2017SROTN 53244, dated 02.05.2017, Tender extension Ref:TQ/CQ/PT/11/17-18, dated 13.10.2017 and which was rejected by the Respondents with Ref:SRCC/PT/10/TAPSO/17-18, with Tender ID: 2017 SROTN 53244 1, dated 08.11.2017 to quash the same and to direct the respondent to allow the petitioner bids and open the tenders, as they have changed their Firm name after due process and got the permissions from all relevant departments and for that the petitioner had already submitted their proofs and he has been working with the same License since 15 years with Respondent firm.
