On earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court directed the learned counsel appearing for the respondent to verify as to whether the jewels are returned to the petitioner or not. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the entire jewels were returned to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same.
2.In view of the above, nothing survives in these Writ Petitions for further adjudication. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
