In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25492 of 2017, nothing survives for adjudication in W.P.No.27373 of 2014, since the petitioner has sought for a mandamus to direct the respondents to issue Overseas Citizen of India by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2014. Since the
petitioner has been permitted to challenge the order, cancelling her Overseas Citizen of India Card on receipt of the same from the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
