This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2020 for UDR patta corrections.

Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner had challenged the patta issued in favour of the third respondent before the first respondent by the representation dated 31.12.2020. It was forwarded to the second respondent by the communication dated 03.02.2021 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent herein, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
