This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land and fixing the boundaries as per my sale deed Document No.1038 of 2009 dated 22.04.2009 in respect of the land to an extent 171 cents in S.F.Nos.37/13A, 37/14, 37/15B, 37/15D and 37/16 of Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District by considering my application and representation dated 16.09.2021 and 30.11.2021.

Heard Mr.D.Raghu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the agricultural lands in S.F.Nos.37/13A, 37/14, 37/15B, 37/15D and 37/16 of Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, registered as sale deed, dated 22.04.2009 vide Document No.1038 of 2009. He was also issued patta in Patta No.371 for the subject lands. While being so, the adjacent land owner had frequently quarreled with the petitioner related to the land boundaries. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application, dated 16.09.2021 to survey the subject land also paid the requisite fees. However, it is pending on the file of the fourth respondent.

In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and to the adjacent owner if any and conduct enquiry and pass order to survey the lands comprised in S.F.Nos.37/13A, 37/14, 37/15B, 37/15D and 37/16 of Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
