This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the lands comprised in Survey No.25/1B1 extension 44.50 Ars, Survey No.24/2B1 extension Hectare 1.1.50 Ars, total extension Hectare 1-46.00 Ars, 24/2B2 extension 1 hectare, total extension 3 Acre 61 cents Sub Registrar Office at Harur with police aid on the part of the respondents 3 and 4.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to survey the subject lands, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and the respondents 5 and 6 and also counter parties, if any within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
