PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order, directing the respondent Police to remove the petitioner's mother name Mrs.Dhactanie in the CSR No.464/2021, dated 17.06.2021 by the respondent Police and to conduct an enquiry and file a FIR.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to remove the petitioner's mother name Mrs.Dhatchaini in the C.S.R.No.464 of 2021, dated 17.06.2021 and to conduct an enquiry and register FIR.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's mother Dhatchaini was assaulted by one Harish and Sivanandham on 12.06.2021. The respondent Police received the complaint of the petitioner on 17.06.2021 and C.S.R.No.464 of 2021 was assigned. On perusal of CSR copy, it was found that the petitioner mother's name is shown as counter complainant along with Harish. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petitioner seeking direction of this Court to remove the petitioner mother's name from the C.S.R.No.464 of 2021.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police admitted that there is typographical mistake in C.S.R.No.464 of 2021 and the same would be corrected and a fresh C.S.R copy would be issued to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent Police to remove the petitioner mother's name from the C.S.R.No.464 of 2021 as accused and issue a fresh CSR to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
