Learned Special Government Pleader has filed a report, pursuant to the direction of this Court, stating that no encroachment exist now. The issue regarding the existence of two graveyards has also been explained, with elaborate facts pertaining to the claim of the petitioner with regard to construction of metal road, which does not exist in the records. Rather, it is either a patta land or earmarked as grama natham.
