We have heard Ms.Deepika Murali and Mr.A.Yogeswaran, respective learned counsel appearing for the individual petitioners, who have raised the same issue, which has already been raised by the writ petitioner. Rather, they are asking for enlargement of scope of the writ petition and are going beyond the prayer made by the writ petitioner. The same cannot be accepted.
