This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2019 requesting the first respondent to cancel the wrong mutation of name in patta No.2109 and to transfer the patta in the name of the legal heirs of deceased Thangavel S/o.Periyasamy.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2019 after issuance of notice to the fourth respondent and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
