This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to survey the lands in S.No.305/9 Panapakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District and fix the boundary stones for each and every sub divisions in the above stated survey number.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application to survey his land comprised in survey No.305/9, Panapakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District and fix boundary stones. He also paid requisite fees before the first respondent.

Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.305/9, Panapakkam Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and fix boundary stones within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
