This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2017 for rectification of errors crept in, in the revenue records which were wrongly updated during UDR in respect of the lands to an extent of 4.33 acres comprised in Survey No.37/1, 1.20 acres in Survey No.37/2, 0.44 cents in Survey No.45/1, 0.43 cents in Survey No.45/2, 0.43 cents, 1.29 acres in Survey No.45/3 and 4.02 acres in Survey No.60, acres of land situated at Kodiyalam Taluk, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta to the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2017, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
