disputation or disagreement that captioned writ petitions are
directly and squarely covered inter alia by an order dated
16.09.2021 made by me in W.P.No.19671 of 2021, a scanned
reproduction of which is as follows:
4. In the light of the aforementioned undisputed
position, captioned writ petitions will stand allowed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
