Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with
a prayer to dispense with production of the original or certified copy of a 'demand notice dated 19.06.2021 bearing reference br/k/m/t/J-rpwg;g[2021?22' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity]
dispense with prayer. However, Mr.Murugesh Kasivel, learned counsel for petitioner/writ petitioner submits that the impugned notice has been misplaced and therefore, original could not be filed. A photo copy of the impugned order has been filed. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned notice will be located shortly and it will be produced, if called upon to do so.
